ZAN RUHL | OWNER + COACH
Alexandra (Zan) is a California girl with a passion for strength training, psychology, and helping women become the strongest version of themselves—inside and out.
Growing up, Zan was an all-around athlete. She was always told what to eat and how to exercise, but no one ever taught her why she made the choices she did. When competitive sports ended, she found herself struggling with weight gain, losing confidence, and feeling disconnected from her own body.
Determined to take back her health, Zan immersed herself in nutrition, exercise science, and behavior change. Along the way, she discovered the freedom and flexibility of a macro-based lifestyle; one that allowed her to lose over 50 pounds, keep it off for nearly a decade, and still enjoy the foods she loves (yes, donuts included).
While earning her master's degree, Zan worked at an Eating Disorder Clinic, where she learned one of the biggest lessons that continues to shape her coaching today: lasting transformation has far more to do with your mind than your meal plan. That experience sparked a passion for understanding the psychology behind eating behaviors, self-sabotage, perfectionism, emotional eating, and the beliefs that keep women stuck in the cycle of starting over every Monday.
Today, Zan helps women create sustainable weight loss by combining evidence-based nutrition with psychology, behavior change, and mindset coaching. She believes that knowing your macros is only part of the equation—the real work is learning how to build habits that last, regulate emotions without turning to food, challenge limiting beliefs, and become the kind of person who no longer has to rely on motivation to succeed.
Known for her high-energy personality, straight-shooting honesty, and education-first approach, Zan coaches women to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether she's lifting weights in the gym, diving into the latest research on behavior change, or enjoying a donut without guilt, her mission is the same: to help women stop chasing quick fixes and finally build a healthy lifestyle they can enjoy for life.

MORGAN POWERS | COACH (going on maternity leave in November)
Morgan is a born and raised Oklahoma girl, who claims she has the "biggest, sweet tooth ever", and has never met a dessert she didn't like!
Through flexible dieting/macros, Morgan found a way to enjoy both and still reach her fitness goals! Originally from the small town of Hooker, OK, she now resides in Oklahoma City, OK. Growing up in a small town, Morgan was able to participate in many of the sports her school had to offer. From lifting weights to running, she knew what it took to train for each sport. After high school, when sports were no longer a part of her life, she struggled with weight gain and knowing how to combat it. She tried calorie counting, which resulted in severely under-eating, and she developed a bad relationship with food. Morgan began researching macros and tried it out herself. She saw positive changes to her body unlike ever before, which is an amazing feeling knowing her hard work paid off! She loved learning about nutrition/fitness and completed an online certification through Precision Nutrition.
Morgan has been counting macros and lifting weights consistently for four years. It has been a rewarding journey for her and it’s only the beginning! She is excited to work with other women to help them learn more about their nutrition and develop a lifestyle they love!
When Morgan isn't coaching her clients you can find her spending time with her husband, Jack, hanging out with family, eating a snack, watching football, or painting her nails!

STEPHANIE CREEDON | COACH
Born and raised in New York, Stephanie Creedon has cultivated a lifelong passion for fitness, nutrition, and personal growth. She firmly believes that lasting change begins with self-efficacy and mindset, and that true fitness is built as much in the mind as it is in the body.
Stephanie began her journey with macro-based nutrition nearly a decade ago. While she had always been active, she found herself struggling to achieve the body composition and performance goals she had been chasing—until she recognized the critical role that proper, sustainable nutrition plays in long-term success. Discovering that she could fuel her body effectively while still enjoying the foods she loved and fully participating in social life was transformative. From that point forward, she embraced macro counting as a powerful educational tool rather than a restrictive diet, one that supports lifelong health, balance, and consistency.
Having personally experienced both the benefits and challenges of nutrition tracking, Stephanie understands the pitfalls of perfectionism and food obsession that can exist within and beyond macro counting. Her own growth has reinforced a core philosophy she now shares with her clients: progress is built on consistency, not perfection. By removing rigid food rules and eliminating the concept of “good” and “bad” foods, she helps clients develop a healthier relationship with nutrition and achieve true food freedom.
Stephanie is a certified personal trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. Her academic background reinforces her belief in the deep connection between mental and physical health. After navigating her own experience with nervous system dysregulation, she gained firsthand insight into the importance of self-awareness, stress management, and grace throughout the health and fitness journey. This experience further solidified her understanding of how nutrition, training, recovery, and mindset collectively influence both physical outcomes and nervous system regulation.
Most recently, Stephanie became a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach, expanding her ability to deliver evidence-based, client-centered nutrition guidance. Through a balanced approach that emphasizes education, strength training, rest, recovery, and mindset, Stephanie empowers women to build sustainable habits and confidence that extend far beyond aesthetics. Her mission is to help each client find balance, resilience, and long-term success—both physically and mentally—so they can thrive in all aspects of life.
