ZAN RUHL | OWNER + COACH

Alexandra (Zan) is a donut obsessed, fitness loving, born + raised California babe living in sunny San Diego.

Growing up, Zan was an all around athlete. Through excelling in multiple sports, she was always told how to exercise + what to eat, but never taught why. In her adult years, as she stopped playing sports, she found her health slipping away from her.

After years of weight gain + feeling like she was living in a body that was not her own, she decided it was time to regain her health and confidence back, intentionally. As she dove into her studies of what healthy living meant to her, she discovered the beauty + flexibility of living a macro-based lifestyle.

Through her personal journey, she knew it was her calling to help those with similar issues. While completing her masters, Zan worked at an Eating Disorder Clinic, where she learned that the mental journey is often times more important than the physical.

Today, you can find Zan coaching HIIT group classes, grinding through a CrossFit workout or crushing donuts (bc hey, nothing is off limits!)  Zan takes a no bulls*t approach with a high energy, motivating coaching style as she helps others achieve their true happiness.

MORGAN POWERS | COACH

Morgan is a born and raised Oklahoma girl, who claims she has the "biggest, sweet tooth ever", and has never met a dessert she didn't like!

Through flexible dieting/macros, Morgan found a way to enjoy both and still reach her fitness goals! Originally from the small town of Hooker, OK, she now resides in Oklahoma City, OK. Growing up in a small town, Morgan was able to participate in many of the sports her school had to offer. From lifting weights to running, she knew what it took to train for each sport. After high school, when sports were no longer a part of her life, she struggled with weight gain and knowing how to combat it. She tried calorie counting, which resulted in severely under-eating, and she developed a bad relationship with food. Morgan began researching macros and tried it out herself. She saw positive changes to her body unlike ever before, which is an amazing feeling knowing her hard work paid off! She loved learning about nutrition/fitness and completed an online certification through Precision Nutrition.

Morgan has been counting macros and lifting weights consistently for four years. It has been a rewarding journey for her and it’s only the beginning! She is excited to work with other women to help them learn more about their nutrition and develop a lifestyle they love!

When Morgan isn't coaching her clients you can find her spending time with her husband, Jack, hanging out with family, eating a snack, watching football, or painting her nails!

KRISTEN CHAMPAGNE | COACH

Kristen is a former Habyt client who found food freedom and exciting transformations during her time in the program. She is a born and raised Houstonian who hates the cold and will jump at any opportunity to travel to a new place.

Growing up Kristen was always involved in sports and never felt a strong need to "workout" because all of her extracurriculars. When college rolled around and sports stopped she had no idea how to navigate a gym or how to properly fuel herself. After gaining the freshman 30, her mental health slipped away from her. She knew something had to change but didn't know where to start. *Cue all the internet fad diets*. Nothing was working and it lead to yoyo dieting and a vicious cycle of weight gain and loss.

Fast forward a few years, Kristen found the Habyt and figured she had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Her body thrived when she was finally giving it the proper nutrition it needed and she felt a renewed confidence in herself and an upward trajectory in her mental health.

After her time as a client, Kristen later decided she wanted to help lead other women to similar transformations and improved confidence like she found through the Habyt. As a result, she decided to pursue her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification to become a certified coach.

As a former middle school teacher, she is compassionate but does not put up with excuses. She will meet you where you are and help you excel to what you want to become!
