“I’ve loved this journey. I’ve learned more about myself, the good and the bad habits, but most importantly I think learning how to listen to my body has been key. I no longer feel guilty for shortening my run or just walking the dog if I am sore or tired that day. And it’s amazing how I can still eat my numbers on rest days without feeling guilty or bloated. I’ve struggled for years with GI issues and severe bloating, and although it’s still a work in progress, I feel such a sense of peace with my body right now. I’ve tried every diet/detox/test under the sun to solve my stomach issues and it never occurred to me that simply EATING could be the answer... “Working with Mary has been an exceptional experience. I have knowledge in macro counting, cuts etc. but I need the extra motivation and support to start my journey. Mary has given me the positive reinforcement, education and feed back that I needed to be successful. She is always there when you need help and has an answer for any question I could have. If I ever feel down or like I am not making enough progress she is there to remind me how far I've come. My favorite thing about this experience has been the weekly check ins.
