Jumpstarting Your Morning Routine
With so many “diets” and health trends out there, the information was just too much. It was all in or it was nothing at all.
Discovering macros felt like a breath of fresh air. The freedom of a macro plan really helped me to thrive and become empowered with my food choices
My epiphany? I can eat what I want, when I want, as long as they fit within my goals. I was in control.
Thus began my morning routine. Structuring out my mornings became key to starting my days in a powerful mindset with my nutrition goals aligned.
Once I created a morning routine that I could stick to, my path to wellness grew unstoppable momentum.
My morning ritual consists of waking up at the same time everyday, pouring myself a hot coffee and a water, enjoying a few moments of silence while pre logging/planning my meals for the day. Its peaceful, grounding, and it lets me know that I’m in control of how my day unfolds.
