No More "I’ll Start Monday"—Your Comeback Starts Now

We get it. Life happens. Maybe you had a weekend that turned into a week (or a month) of off-track eating and skipped workouts. Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just straight-up unmotivated.

It’s okay. You’re human. But now, it’s time to get back in the game. No more waiting for Monday, no more "I'll start when I feel ready" (spoiler: you won’t magically feel ready). The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll feel like yourself again. Let’s go!

1. Stop Dwelling & Start Doing

Feeling guilty about what you ate or how long you’ve been off track? That’s wasted energy. Instead of beating yourself up, take action. Motivation comes AFTER we take action. Your body doesn’t care if you overate yesterday—it only cares about what you do today.

Tough Love: You can sit in regret, or you can move forward. Pick one.

2. Get Back to Basics

No need for a drastic detox or an "all-or-nothing" reset. You already know what works:

  • Hit your protein goal.

  • Get your steps in.

  • Lift some weights.

  • Drink your water.

  • Eat like a grown adult (not a 4 year old).

Cheerleader: You don’t need perfection. Just consistent effort.

3. Plan Your Next Meal & Workout—Then Execute

Instead of worrying about how far off track you’ve gone, zoom in. What’s your next meal? What’s your next workout? Write it down, schedule it on your calendar in your phone, commit, and follow through. One good choice leads to another.

Tough Love: If you can scroll on your phone for an hour, you can meal prep. If you can binge-watch a show, you can go for a walk. Priorities.

4. Fix Your Environment

Make getting back on track easier:

  • Stock up on your go-to proteins and veggies.

  • Get rid of the trigger foods that keep derailing you.

  • Set your workout clothes out the night before.

Cheerleader: Set yourself up for success. Make the good choices the easy ones.

5. Remember Why You Started

Results come from what you do most of the time, not what you do sometimes. Getting back to your macros and workouts isn’t about punishing yourself—it’s about taking care of yourself.

Tough Love: The longer you wait, the harder it feels. Start now.

You’ve done this before. You can do it again. Now, go crush it!!
