6 things to do with the boring chicken breast in your fridge

Chicken can be repetitive foe or versatile friend. We’d prefer it was the latter. Here are some tips to spice up your chicken’s life:

  1. Throw it in the crockpot/instapot. Add some salsa, seasoning, beans and chicken broth and you a mexican fiesta in your mouth with minimal effort.

  2. Throw it in that kitchenaid. Wait, what?” Yes, throw it in the Kitchenaid once cooked. It’ll shred that pollo up in about 30 seconds. Throw away your forks.

  3. Throw it at a wall. Only kidding. Pound your chicken breast down to a thin lil cutlet. Sprinkle with panko crumbs and italian seasoning, bake, cube and put over some whole wheat pasta for a macro-friendly chicken parm dish!

  4. Throw it in a ziploc. Add a ½ T of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper and leave in the fridge overnight for a marinated, mouthwatering protein source.

  5. Throw it in the airfyer. You literally get chicken fingers that are better than Chik Fil A. Okay not that good. But they’re good.

  6. Throw it in a bath Use powdered peanut butter, rice vinegar and red pepper flakes for a thai peanut chicken that will blow your mind.
