Airport Macro Guide - FREE

A breakfast sandwich from McDonalds is one of the best food choices you can make in the airport.

Let that sink in.

Seriously - order the egg white delight and you get 10F, 18P, 28C - which is a super balanced choice. In fact, I typically order two and save one for the flight when I get hungry.

Learning to track my macros helped me realize that there is no reason to label food as “good” or “bad”. My customized plan of fats, proteins and carbs, gives me a target to aim for each day. However I choose to hit those targets, is up to me.

With some careful (and delicious) research, I’ve found a bunch of hidden GEMS that you’ll be able to get at most airports so you don’t need to head into your vacation (or work trip) feeling out of control.
