Habyt Strength Program | 16+ WEEK PROGRAM
16+ WEEK FITNESS PROGRAM
-A Program created alongside The Habyt’s 1:1 Macro Coaching. This program is about simplicity while building strength, focusing on 2 main workout style: EMOMs, AMRAPs.
-EMOM - Every Minute on the Minute. These are heavily strength-focused and will encourage you to use progressive overload each week. We use benchmark days to track your progress and encourage repetition.
-AMRAPs - As Many Rounds As Possible. These are full body workouts that focus on metabolic conditioning. The stimulus of these AMRAPs is to push your fitness capabilities and get you out of your comfort zone.
-The program starts out with 3 workouts a week and slowly increases to 5 workouts a week adding in short core days in the mix. Upper body/lower body/full body splits for efficiency reasons as the workouts are 30 minutes or less including the warm-up.
-All you need are dumbbells and each exercise comes with a short video. Workout and workout schedule are accessed via True Coach App.
-You’ll also have access to Coach Fairlane using the App for questions about the workouts or if you are in need of modifications, send videos for form review or simply share a PR!
