Your weekly check in
Your weekly check in is where the magic happens.
This process is done through a detailed shared google doc, a look at your food diary entries + Loom videos. The more information I know as your coach, the better!
Be sure to fill out your spreadsheet at the end of each day while the information is still fresh.
What to do on check in morning
Wake up, take your measurements (and photos WEEK 1,4,8,12,16, etc.)
Input measurements into your tracker, and finish filling out your tracker.
Once your spreadsheet is complete, text your coach to let them know you are ready for checkin!
Text your morning photos to your coach on applicable weeks.
Check back in at the end of the day to see your coaches notes!

Here is an example of how to take your measurements properly.
Pictures
Consistency in your pictures will help your coach monitor your progress. Be sure to take your pictures in the same room, in the same clothing, at roughly the same time each month!
Lastly, be sure to send in your check in each week, first thing in the morning. This ensures your coach can respond to you in a timely manner.
