2 Cold Recipes for Hot Summer Days

These delicious, high-protein dishes are perfect for keeping you cool and energized all summer long. And they’re versatile too—you can easily swap out ingredients to suit your preferences!
Coach Zan’s Chicken Salad
- 15 oz of Trader Joe's Grilled Chicken Strips (or any other kind of chicken you prefer)
- 7.95 oz of 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 25g Fresh Green Onion
- 220g of Seedless Grapes
- 255g of Celery
- Garlic Salt & Everything But the Bagel Seasoning to taste
Coach Fairlane’s Egg Salad
7 Hardboiled Eggs
1/2 Red Onion
¼ cup Fresh Parsley
Chives (Your heart's desire)
¼ cup of Mayo
1-2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1-2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
You can enjoy both of these dishes on bread, with crackers, or paired with your favorite veggies. Get creative and enjoy!
